Meal Plan

Well you guys have asked for it and I’m delivering. Charmeals now offers Meal Prep. To be honest I was beyond skeptical because I didn’t want to disappoint my existing clients and surely didn’t want to be below the expectations for new comers. So it took my son to twist and trick me into the idea. He was crafty, I might add. One night out of the blue he says “ Hey Mom, I’m about to start my healthy lifestyle journey and I want Charmeals to provide my meals.” Well anyone that knows this Southern Belle Mama, knows I was happy to obliged and so it began. The Boy(affectionately know as) began his journey November 2020 and he continues his journey going between a moderate Paleo diet and Vegetarian diet which are all prepared by yours truly! Oh did I mentioned he has loss a total of 40lbs since November 2020(pictures to follow soon). Of course he’s implemented some exercising but he says he attributes a great deal of his weight loss to the change in his diet. 


So there you have it. I was tricked into a great treasure found and one testimony of how Charmeals is changing lifestyles one meal prep at a time. I would love to have you apart of the family.
